Settings → Organization → Audit log lists who changed what in the organization, newest first, for owners and admins.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| When | Date and time |
| Who | The person, or SentientOne for something done automatically |
| What | A sentence, such as "Promoted Gear advisor v2 from Staging to Production", and the action's code, such as release.promoted |
| Workspace | The workspace it happened in, or Organization |
What's recorded
- Members: invited, joined, left, removed, role changed; invitations revoked.
- Workspaces: created, renamed or described, monthly credit limit changed, archived, restored; workspace members added, removed or given another role.
- The organization: renamed, handed to a new owner. Deleting an organization is recorded in your own organization's log, since the deleted one's log goes with it.
- Environments: added, changed, removed.
- Releases: promoted and rolled back, with the agent, the version and the environments.
Filters
Search people or changes looks through what's loaded. Workspace asks the server for one workspace's entries. Kind of change offers the kinds among the loaded entries: Members, Workspace members, Invitations, Workspaces, Organization, Environments, Releases and others as they appear. Load more pages back; a search with no match offers to load more.
Entries are kept with the organization. Changes to an agent's content, such as its prompt or knowledge, aren't audit entries: its Edit history and Releases tab hold those.
