Organizations and workspaces
Switch workspaces and create one
Move between workspaces and organizations from the switcher at the top of the menu, make a new workspace (owners and admins), and what a new workspace starts with.

A workspace keeps one team's, client's or project's agents, workflows, knowledge and keys apart from the rest, while the organization's balance pays for all of them.
Switch workspaces
- 1
Open the switcher
Click the organization and workspace names at the top of the left menu.
- 2
Pick a workspace
Each organization you're in lists the workspaces you can open, with your role in each. Choose one.
- 3
Carry on in it
The app opens Home in that workspace. Agents, workflows, Conversations, the API keys page and Settings → Workspace now show its things, and the agent picked in the top bar is cleared, because agents differ per workspace. The credits at the bottom of the menu are the organization's.
Your choice lasts as long as you stay signed in; signing in again opens your own Default workspace. A workspace you can't open isn't listed.
Create a workspace
Organization owners and admins make workspaces.
- 1
Open New workspace
Choose New workspace in the switcher, or Settings → Organization → Workspaces → New workspace.
- 2
Name it
Name, up to 80 characters, one workspace with that name per organization (ignoring case), and an optional Description, up to 300.
- 3
Create it
Choose Create workspace. The Workspaces page confirms "<name> is ready" with Open it.
You're done when
The workspace is in the switcher under its organization, and opening it shows an empty Agents page.
What a new workspace comes with
- You as its admin. Organization owners and admins can open it too; add other people on its Members page. See Change roles and remove people.
- The three environments, Development, Staging and Production, with the usual rules. See How environments and releases work.
- Its own secret API key, ready on its API keys page. See API keys and widget keys per workspace.
- No agents, workflows, knowledge, connected apps or LLM keys: they're per workspace, so add what it needs.
- No monthly credit limit. It spends the organization's balance until you set one. See Credits and billing for an organization.
If something goes wrong
"There's already a workspace called …"
Names are unique within the organization. Pick another, or rename the other workspace.
I don't see New workspace
Only organization owners and admins make workspaces. Ask one of them.
My agents have disappeared
Another workspace is open. Check the switcher at the top of the menu and switch back.
Can I move an agent to another workspace?
Not in the app. Create it again in the other workspace, with the same instructions and knowledge.
