Buy credits
Buy a credit pack from Billing with the embedded Stripe checkout. Pack sizes, prices in US dollars and per-credit savings.

Credits come in one-time packs, priced in US dollars. Bigger packs cost less per credit, and credits never expire, so buy the size that suits you.

Before you start
- You're signed in to app.sentientone.ai with your own account (the demo account can't buy credits).
- You have a card. Payment runs through Stripe; card details never reach SentientOne.
Steps

Open Billing
Click Billing in the sidebar (or Settings → Billing). The Balance panel shows your credits and their state: Free credits, Active, Running low or Out of credits.

Choose a pack
Under Buy credits, pick one of the four packs.

Pay in the checkout
Stripe's checkout opens inside the page. Enter your card and confirm. If your bank asks you to approve the payment, follow its prompt.

Check your balance
The credits are added as soon as the payment succeeds, and a receipt is emailed to you.
You're done when
Your balance has gone up by the pack's credits, the purchase shows in History, and the payment is listed under Receipts with Stripe's receipt and the invoice PDF.
If something goes wrong
The payment was declined
Nothing was charged and no credits were added. Try another card, or ask your bank why it declined.
I paid but the balance didn't change
Refresh the page after a few seconds. If it still hasn't changed, email support@sentientone.ai with the time of the payment and we'll sort it out.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Packs are paid by card in the checkout. For larger or custom arrangements, email support@sentientone.ai.
Which currency is charged?
US dollars. Your card issuer may convert it to your own currency.
